How we work

We understand the process, we track the details, and we tell you exactly what needs to happen next.

Services

One licensed partner for your commercial project.

New construction, tenant upfits, remodels and alterations, rehab and demolition, for quick-service, hospitality and retail.

01

General Contractor

We hold the contract and the permit and carry full responsibility as the licensed GC, supervising the work from start to closeout. Your team performs the work under our agreement.

→

02

Commercial Permitting

Applications prepared and submitted, building department communication handled, and review comments tracked. Requirements identified before submission, not after a rejection.

→

03

Multi-State Licensing and Compliance

Active commercial licensure across several states, with status, renewals and documentation kept current, so a lapsed credential never stops a project.

→
